RIDE OVERVIEW A glorious summer day on the amazing Salisbury Plain - the home of gravel riding in the South of England. With miles of fast, empty gravel tracks on MOD land and views of the rolling countryside, this is gravel riding at it's best. 'Outsider Events are excited to welcome the Outsider Gravel Grind. A weekend full of gravel riding and good times! Featuring the Muckle Grind + Mini Grind options of 90 or 50km both options are run in a gravel enduro format. In addition to the Saturday Enduro is our optional self-supported ride-outs on the Sunday which are in aid of Tweed Valley Mountain Rescue. The rides feature some of the best trails, paths and roads the Tweed Valley and surrounding area has to offer. Dating back thousands of years, today it is a fantastic long distance off road trail offering great riding and amazing views! You can ride the best of the Ridgeway with us on Sept 11th! Choose from the full 100km or shorter 85km or 50km routes; all are fully supported, including full route marking and feed and support stops, so all you have to do is concentrate on enjoying this epic ride! RIDE OVERVIEW A glorious 87km gravel sportive in the charming Cotswolds. Taking in sections of the Roman Fosse Way and off road tracks in the hills including the Cotswolds Way & Monarchs Way, this is a great day on the bike suitable to new & experienced gravel riders in a lovely part of the country. We’re sure that this news won’t come as a surprise to most of you, but having tried to keep Reiver hopes alive, we must now concede that we won’t all be gathering in Kielder in April. The Dirty Reiver 2021 is now booked in for the weekend of September 11th. We have also agreed an April 2022 date with Forestry England too (weekend of April 23rd). You now have three options: 1. Leave your entry live for September 11th 2. Request a refund 3. Transfer your entry to April 2022 Option 1 is the default, so if you want to ride the event in September, you can sit back and relax, safe in the knowledge that you are entered (actually – get out and keep training). 2021 – DUKES WEEKENDER

After a Covid inflicted year off we are planning for Dukes Weekender 2021 which will take place on the weekend of 11th and 12th September. 2020 Entrants (unless they responded to cancelation email) will automatically have their entries carried forward. New for 2022 is our extreme 100K route. All four routes take in some of the best sections of Woodbury Common. Highlights include Woodbury Castle & some great single track on the common, a section of the Exe Estuary path, a climb up for views of the sea at the top of Beacon Hill and also Mutter Moor. The routes are designed to be ridden on a gravel bike but a cyclocross bike or a lightweight XC mountain bike will be almost as quick. E-mountain bikes are also welcome. 2022 MARAUDER GHOST RIDER

   GHOSTRIDER GRAVEL BIKE RACE OVERVIEW The GhostRider Gravel Bike Race is the epic nighttime gravel bike race you’ve been searching for. The concept of the GhostRider is to conquer a 13-mile gravel bike circuit as often as you choose in a 4-hour time window, all under cover of darkness. The GhostRider Gravel Event will take place on the 26th of November, starting at 4 pm. Combining 50% Gravel and 50% tarmac, the circuit starts just north of the village of Helmsley in the North York Moors at Harriet Air Farm, with a 2.5-mile road section to begin with. You’ll then go off-road and traverse 7.5 miles of twisting, tree-lined gravel paths before returning to the road for the final 3 miles back to the checkpoint to start your following circuit. The Haldon Heroic is a Gravel Ride / CX sportive showcasing the best gravel trails in the Haldon Forest Area. There will be a professional photographer out on the course, taking action photos as a memento of your day with us. All photos are free. There will also be a professional Sports Massage Therapist available at the HQ (optional service – not included as part of your entry fee) and a Bike Wash Bay (free to use – included with entry fee).
