For newer riders, there’s a 100km option that still takes in the main bucket-list ascents. On Sunday 3rd September is Borderlands Gravel, a 100km off-road route
Chilterns AoNB Gravel Loop by LondonGravel.CC
Yet another great LGCC gravel ride in the Chilterns AoNB, easily accessible from central London by train or car! Lots of tracks and byways, so very suitable for a group ride. Should give you guys a flavour of the area. This one has chalky tracks from the Iron Age, loamy woodland singletrack, old railway lines, quaint villages and some technical bits too. Tubeless tyres strongly recommended as the hedges have been flailed recently.
